Put the baking sheet in the oven and turn the temperature to 200 °C. To empty the tomatoes, slice off their tops and use a metal spoon to hollow them out. Salt and pepper are added along with the olive oil.
Cook for 10 minutes in the oven, or until the tomatoes are just beginning to soften.
Once the eggs are cracked within, they should cook for another 12 to 15 minutes in the oven, depending on how done you like your eggs.
Add chives and Parmesan as a garnish and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Breakfast in the morning may be as wonderful and naturally sweet as these banana oatmeal pancakes. Instead of using gluten-free wheat flour, the recipe calls for oat flour.

Ingredients

• Bananas, mashed, 1/4 cup
• 2 teaspoons of melted butter or coconut oil
• Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
• 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup of oats
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, ground

Preparation and Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the mashed bananas, butter, lemon juice, honey, or maple syrup, and beat in the eggs.
Oatmeal, baking soda, salt, and spices should all be combined in a basin.

The centre of the dry and wet materials should be formed into a well. Mix just enough to thoroughly wet the dry ingredients.

Give the dough 10 minutes to rest. The paste can be slightly diluted with milk or water.

Butter or coconut oil are added to a frying pan that is being heated slowly.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter over the pan once it has reached the proper temperature. When bubbles begin to appear around the edges, the batter has been cooking for around 3 minutes.

After the pancake’s bottom has been gently browned, flip it over with a spatula and let it cook for an additional 90 to 120 seconds, or until golden on both sides.

What is the current status of Kanpur Lucknow Expressway?

Land acquisition is now underway. In March 2022, PNC Infratech received two contracts for their construction work.

The expressway will reduce the distance travelled from two hours on the NH-25 to 50 minutes.

A total of 460 hectares of land would be purchased along its course, which will travel through 31 villages in Unnao District and 11 villages in the Lucknow District. Banthara, Bani, Datauli Kantha, Taura, Neorna, Amarsas, and Rawal are a few of these villages.
