Narmada Expressway
The eight-lane Narmada Freeway is a planned expressway in Madhya Pradesh. By way of Dindori, Shahpura, Jabalpur, Hoshangabad, Barwaha, and Alirajpur in the western end of Madhya Pradesh and the Narmada River in the eastern end, the projected expressway will link the historic towns of Amarkantak in the eastern part of the state.
The expressway is 1,300 kilometres long. It will link Chhattisgarh and Gujarat. This road will eventually be constructed to link Alirajpur and Ahmedabad.
The estimated cost of this mega project in Madhya Pradesh is Approx. 13,000 Cr.

Chambal Expressway
In the states of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan, a six-lane expressway called the Chambal Expressway is being considered. Given that it will be built alongside the Chambal river, the expressway is known as the Chambal. Through the Sheopur and Morena districts, the expressway will connect Etawah in Uttar Pradesh with Kota in Rajasthan. The projected expressway will cost Rs. 8,250 crores.
The 404 km long projected expressway offers a different route from Kanpur to Kota through Madhya Pradesh before joining the corridor from Delhi to Mumbai.
The projected Chambal Expressway is 404 km in overall, with MP accounting for 309 km, Rajasthan for 78 km, and UP for 17 km.

Worlds Largest Floating Solar Power Plant, Khandwa
In Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, a floating solar power plant is set to be constructed. By 2022–2023, it will produce 600 Megawatts of electricity, making it the largest floating solar plant in the world. Over 3000 crores is thought to be the anticipated cost of the project.

Gwalior International Cricket Stadium
The Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association is currently building the Gwalior International Cricket Stadium near Shankarpur Village in Gwalior West. The proposed stadium will be constructed on a 30 acre plot of land that the Gwalior Division Cricket Association has acquired.
Raja Naney, a cricketer and fast bowler from Malviya Nagar, will oversee construction of the stadium. The projected stadium’s development is scheduled to be finished in 2023.
There will be about 50,000 seats available for spectators. Additionally, it will have 30 corporate boxes, a swimming pool, sauna, modern gym, and floodlights for night matches.

Bhopal Metro
The city of Bhopal, India—the capital of the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh—will be served by the Bhoj Metro, popularly known as the Bhopal Metro, which is now under construction.
Six corridors make up the entire system, which spans 104.87 kilometers (65.16 mi). Lines 2 and 5 are being built across a distance of 28 kilometres in the first phase of the Bhopal Metro project.
The approximate cost of this project is INR 80 billion ($1.0 billion). There will be three different types of runs: on roads, over bridges, and perhaps underground.

Jabalpur Airport New Terminal
The third busiest airport in Madhya Pradesh is Jabalpur Airport, which continues to see an increase in passenger volume. Therefore, Jabalpur airport will soon get a new terminal structure to better serve air travelers and accommodate the growing traffic.
The sophisticated, top-notch amenities in this new terminal building will offer travelers comfort and convenience. By March 2023, the new terminal is anticipated to be built and operational.
During peak hours, this new terminal structure will be able to accommodate 500 passengers. In 2015, the Madhya Pradesh government gave AAI 774 acres of land, totaling 483 acres, for development purposes.
The terminal building will have three aerobridges, a cutting-edge baggage screening system, a contemporary food court in the landscaping area, and thoughtfully planned parking for more than 300 automobiles and buses. The new airport will cover an area of 1,15,315 square feet.

Indore Metro
A fast transport system called the Indore Metro is being built for the Indian city of Indore. 11 corridors (lines) totaling 124 kilometers make up the entire system (77 mi). The estimated cost of this project is 12,000 crore (US$1.5 billion). The overall cost is 15,000 crores, with a cost per km of 182 crores.
There will be an elevated, underground, and on-ground metro system. Due to the improper relocation of Seismic zone-II to Seismic zone-IV category, which resulted in an increase in budgeted costs for the entire project, the Indore Metro project has been the topic of intense controversy.

Jabalpur Metro
The Jabalpur Metro, sometimes referred to as Jabalpur Metro Rail, is a proposed rapid transit system for the city of Jabalpur in the Jabalpur Metropolitan Region in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.
According to a plan put up by the state of Madhya Pradesh, the Jabalpur Metro will operate along 5 routes over 5 phases. These are what they are: –
Phase 1: Panchsheel Nagar to Gwarighat through Howbagh Jabalpur.
Phase 2: Cantonment, Tilhari, and Saliwada to Neemkheda through Jabalpur Railway Station.
Phase 3: Via Dumna Nature Reserve Park, from Madan Mahal Railway Station to Jabalpur Airport.
Phase 4: via the Garha Police Station, the Madan Mahal Railway Station connects to Kachnar City.
Phase 5: ISKON Jabalpur to Tilwara Ghat via Kachhpura Railway Station

Gwalior Metro
The Gwalior Metro is a planned rapid transport system that would connect Gwalior, Gwalior West, and other adjacent cities in the Madhya Pradesh state of India. The survey has already begun.
It is currently the third proposed metro system in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, following the metro systems in Indore and Bhopal.
The network includes of three colored regular lines with a total length of 58.1 kilometers scheduled to serve 21 stations (36.1 mi). The system will use standard-gauge rails with a mixture of underground, at-grade, and elevated stations.
The Gwalior Metro will be constructed and run by Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation, an organization established by the Madhya Pradesh government.

Vikram Udyogpuri
Vikram Udyog Nagari is an upcoming business district in Ujjain, India. On the Dewas-Ujjain Road, close to the village of Narwar, the Madhya Pradesh government has allocated 1,200 acres for the establishment of an industrial sector.
The project will get funding from the Japan Bank for International Cooperation and the Japan International Cooperation Agency.

Delhi Vadodara Mumbai Expressway
The 8-lane, access-controlled Delhi-Mumbai Expressway (DME) project, which spans 1350 kilometers and connects DND in Delhi with JNPT in Mumbai, is currently under development. It has been planned with a 120 km/h speed restriction with the option to add 12 lanes later.
The estimated cost of this project is 1,00,000 Crores.
Through Dausa, Kota, Ratlam, Vadodara, and Surat, the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway will link the Sohna Elevated Corridor in Delhi with the Jawaharlal Nehru Port in Maharashtra. It travels through the states of Haryana (129 km), Rajasthan (373 km), Madhya Pradesh (244 km), Gujarat (426 km), and Maharashtra, as well as the union territory of Delhi (9 km) (171 km).

Kandla Gorakhpur Gas Pipeline Project
An ongoing gas pipeline project is the Kandla-Gorakhpur LPG pipeline (KGPL). The project is expected to cost between Rs. 9,000 and Rs. 10,000 crore. It stretches 2,757 kilometers (1,713 miles) from the Gujarati port of Kandla to the Uttar Pradeshi city of Gorakhpur via Madhya Pradesh.
This pipeline is being built by the oil PSUs Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), Bharat Petroleum (BPCL), and Hindustan Petroleum (HPCL) to link refineries with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) bottling facilities. Prime Minister of India laid the pipeline’s foundation stone at Gorakhpur on February 24, 2019.
